Yes! Our apartments are 100 percent furnished. Your apartment will include living room and bedroom furniture, and a full-size mattress.

Our PSU off campus housing varies in size depending on the floor plan selected. The smallest floor plan is the Soho, featuring an open concept layout and a spacious bathroom. Our largest floor plan is the Greenwich, which is a five-bedroom layout.

Parking spaces are located within our secured parking garage for a monthly fee.

Yes. The apartments are wired for high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi. They also have cable.

Our Penn State apartments are equipped with electronic key fobs which provide students with access to their individual apartments as well as to community amenities. This allows residents to enjoy our amenities 24-hours a day. Maintenance persons hold keys programmed to work during certain hours only. This ensures that residents are the only ones with after-hours access to their apartments. Management can also verify with the time log that repairs were completed as scheduled..

Each installment payment is due on the first (1st) day of each month. Payments submitted after 9 a.m. on the fifth (5th) day of the month are considered late. You can bring the check to the office or make a payment online using the resident portal.

Monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, basic cable, pest control, trash, lawn maintenance, and access to all of The Metropolitan’s amenities.
